The weekend at Plett got rained out, though we did have a nice
Friday(stroll on the beach, afternoon nap) and Saturday morning
(farmer's market, Storm's River Mouth).
What it did show me is how unsustainable our current ratrace lifestyle
is. My muscles actually hurt on Friday as they untensed - some, I
suspect, for the first time in weeks.
