did 4km in 17:58 on the treadmill yesterday.
I have no idea how that would translate to the road.
but this does show just how hard a silver (sub 90 minutes) half-marathon really is.
4 k's in 17:58 translates to about 4:30 per k.
to do a sub 90 minute 21.1 k you need to do 4:20 per k - 21 times!
